The package includes a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, a 12,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, an 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, two remote controls, and two 25 ft. installation kits. With its low-profile design, this heating and cooling solution requires no ductwork or wall space, allowing for discreet integration into any environment. The most advantageous feature is the self-installation capability.

Please note that if all air handlers operate simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the condenser's BTU rating. Specifically, the total BTU output of the air handlers will always remain within the 27K BTU capacity of the condenser.
