Easy install works great so far used only air for now.

We love it, not only does it protect the line set, it really dresses the installation up.

Installation manual needs to be updated to include 5th gen products.

Delivered on time with no damage. Instructions fairly clear. Actual DIY installation went smoothly. Although home owner must have an aptitude for such a project. Sales personnel top notch. MRCOOL telephone technical help desk was, well, helpful sorting out a misprint in the manual concerning power requirements for my unit. Project took three days to complete by myself except I had a friend help to lift the outside hefty condenser unit onto the stand. Operating wonderfully for two days now. However it will take me a little time to sort out all the functions of the remote control. Overall, a good experience. Thanks for asking.

I think installing it was pretty easy based off the looks of it. I watch the HVAC tech install everything and it looked simple. Only took an hour and then was able to start the unit up.

This unit is definitely a well made product. I wanted to support an Americna made brand and thankfully I recieved a unit that was made of quality.

Fits perfectly in the closet I put it in so nobody notices it there. Also, is not loud like our old unit was from another brand.

This unit is large and moves alot of air for our home. Feels like it's heavy duty so I feel safe not having to worry about anything going wrong. MRCOOL was able to help me with everything I needed very fast and im thankful everything was installed without any hiccups.

The size of it isn;t too big which is what I was looking for because we don't have alot of room. Would suggest buying if you need a new unit fast.
